I remember seeing this image somewhere before, it has been digitally altered! she's never been this thin, which would be disgusting. I agree with the post though! x
What's appalling is that this dress actually fits her. Please design for non-anorexic woman goddammit!
She is super thin..however her arms have been photoshopped in this image...you can tell by the way the runway flows..someone used liquify.
This (along with the image of Gisele from the 90s) are used as so many examples of anorexia. Photoooooshop!

suffering from anorexia nervosa usually has very little or NOTHING to do with "looking pretty". im sorry, but its pure ignorance to tell someone with a severe, life-threatening mental disorder to "just eat something". its not as simple as that. whats more, this picture is HIGHLY photoshopped. educate yourself: http://www.something-fishy.org/
